we loved this place. my wife and i went on our honeymoon. we thought it was the best place to eat in stowe. it was just what we look for in a restaurant, a cozy laid back atmosphere and any place with a fireplace is perfect.

The warm atmosphere, cozy pub-restaurant feel, and the delicious hamburgers, homemade bread and french fries make this restaurant an absolute must visit while in Stowe.

when in Stowe a couple of years ago, we ate there because I had downloaded a menu before our trip. It was so good we ate there again. The atmosphere was very cozy and the cobb salad and sandwiches were great. I even bought my dogs bones for souvenirs! I had a creepy experience outside while looking at the graveyard....but that's another story. I can't wait to come back again. And anyone who loves dogs is okay with me!
